Madhu Aravind is vice president of product development for CareGain, a business unit of Fiserv Inc. He is responsible for leading the CareGain development organization to deliver technology solutions that enable clients to meet their critical business objectives. Prior to joining CareGain, Madhu was a solutions architect at Trilogy Software, a leading enterprise software vendor in Austin, TX. During his tenure at Trilogy, Madhu worked in various product management, consulting and product development capacities. In these roles, he led multi-million dollar engagements with Fortune 500 customers and was responsible for the formulation and delivery of cutting-edge Web solutions that were the backbone of sales force automation efforts. Madhu was also responsible for developing an innovative enterprise software product that enabled user friendly interface for some of the most complex sales force automation problems. He also led numerous consulting engagements with multiple Fortune 500 clients for Telecom Manufacturing. Madhu received a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Bombay, India, and a master's degree in Engineering from Stanford University. He has done extensive volunteer work with non-profit organizations such as the Rural Innovations Network and MITRA, where he assisted grass-roots entrepreneurs in scaling up their small business ventures. |
