Madhavi Dahanukar heads operations for one of EXL's largest clients. Madhavi is based in Pune and also acts as the Center Head for Pune. She has 14 years of consulting, banking, financial services and BPO industry experience with institutions such as Ernst &Young, GE Capital, IDBI bank and Mphasis BPO. In her previous assignment at Mphasis BPO, Madhavi was responsible for Client Operations and had additional responsibility as location head for their Pune center. As a corporate resource, she was the Head of Service Quality for IDBI Bank and has held various senior positions throughout her stint at GE Capital in India. She has varied experience and demonstrated skills in the areas of Project Management, Risk Management, Operations, Sales and Marketing and Six Sigma quality. Madhavi is a qualified lawyer and also a certified Six Sigma green belt. |
