Ms. Cahill, a shareholder and member of the firm's Executive Committee, has an extensive background in most phases of real estate, corporate, commercial and business law, with a particular emphasis on transactional work for mid-sized, privately held and publicly traded corporations. She is well-versed in advising employers in employment law matters. She is experienced in issues affecting the waste hauling and recycling industries, and has also represented two large, locally-based corporations in one of the California Fair Political Practices Commission's largest investigations. Ms. Cahill is a member of the American and San Diego County Bar Associations. She is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association's Real Property Section, and of the California State Bar's Real Property and Business Law Sections. She externed for the Honorable Earl B. Gilliam, U.S. District Court, Southern District of California during the Fall of 1983, and served as an editor of the Hastings Law Journal (1983-1984). |
