Mack J. Morgan, III has vast experience as a trial attorney. For over 25 years, he has concentrated his practice in the litigation of complex business and commercial transactions. He has extensive experience in federal, bankruptcy and state courts, as well as arbitrations and administrative hearings. Mr. Morgan has served as lead trial counsel for trials involving claims of: antitrust, securities, copyright, trademark, breach of contract, bad faith, negligence, lender liability, Uniform Commercial Code, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty, among others. He has experience in multidistrict litigation, and has extensive experience defending class actions for some of the largest corporations in the United States, as well as experience on the plaintiffs’ side. Mr. Morgan began his career in 1980 with the Louisville based firm of Brown, Todd & Heyburn (now Frost Brown Todd). He moved to Oklahoma City in 1982 and has practiced with the firm since then. Mr. Morgan has lectured at seminars sponsored by the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, and Oklahoma University, as well as authoring for the Oklahoma Bar Journal. He strongly supports community activities and charitable service and currently serves on the Board of Directors of a United Way agency. |
