Dr. Bischoff has been a Member of the Supervisory Board since 2003 and his current (second) term expires in 2011. He is a member of the Audit Committee.
Dr. Bischoff is Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of DaimlerChrysler AG and of European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS) N.V. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Fraport AG and a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Nortel Networks Corp., Nortel Networks Ltd. and Unicredit. He furthermore is a member of the Supervisory Boards of the following non-listed companies: DASA A.G. (chairman), DaimlerChrysler Luft- und Raumfahrt Holding A.G. (chairman), SMS GmbH and Voith AG. Dr. Bischoff is a German citizen. |
