M.S. Varadan is the President of HTMT Global Solutions Inc. He has been associated with the Hinduja Group since 1999. During this period he has worked closely with the Group towards transforming a financial services company into a global Technology, Media and Telecom group through mergers and acquisitions. He has played an active role in the acquisition of the call centers in the Philippines, USA and Canada, as well as the Global marketing set-up in USA. He has in the last couple of years played a crucial role in integrating the newly acquired units with HTMT Global. With over 40 years of experience in diverse global organizations, Varadan brings to Source 1 HTMT Global his excellent knowledge of organization management and practices. He is an accountant by profession and has deep knowledge of international accounting standards. He is a Commerce graduate from Loyola College , Madras and a professionally qualified Accountant (ICWA) .He secured 1st Rank in B.com Degree from the University of Madras as well as in the Certificate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) examination. He has gained rich experience in commercial and investment banking following the various positions in which he has worked in India and abroad for over 20 years in State Bank of India (SBI), the largest public sector bank in India. Some of the other companies he has worked in the past include Essar Group, Britannia & ISPAT Group.
