As Vice President of Human Resources for ShopperTrak, Lynne Pauly is responsible for organizational development and strategic hiring to facilitate the growth and success of the company. She serves as a key member of the executive team and brings the perspective of more than 10 years' experience within ShopperTrak and its predecessor organizations. Ms. Pauly's department encompasses all recruitment and hiring activities, as well as compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, diversity, employee communications, performance management and human resources administration. Ms. Pauly joined ShopperTrak in 1995 as a Business Administration Manager, charged with establishing processes and procedures in finance, human resources and office management. Promoted to General Manager in 1997, Ms. Pauly assumed responsibility for operational functions as the company expanded. She took over management of human resources and financial services in 1998. She was promoted to Director in 2004 and to Vice President in 2006. Before joining ShopperTrak, Ms. Pauly held business management positions with several corporate consulting firms. A native of Chicago, IL, she currently resides in the western suburbs of Chicago with her family. |
