Lynne Ballegeer has been recruiting in the financial industry with Phoenix Group International since 1991. Prior to 1991, Lynne worked at Pan American World Airways as Personnel Director for finance and information services at the company's headquarters. Lynne leverages her human resource experience with her recruiting experience in assisting her clients and has a large impact particularly with regard to their organizational development and compensation questions. Over the last several years, Lynne greatly increased her number of business relationships in the Midwest Region.

Lynne lives in Indiana with her husband. They have four children two college students at Indiana University and two professionals in New Jersey and New York. Lynne works throughout the United States for Phoenix Group International with particular emphasis in the Midwest Region. Lynne is a graduate of The Berkeley School and Pace University in New York.
