Lynn Wolf has 20 years’ experience in the finance and administration field, with over 10 years at high-tech venture-backed start-up companies. Before joining Certica, Wolf provided corporate controller services for several early stage companies, including matchmine and Vi Laboratories. Prior to her consulting work, she served as finance manager at North Bridge Venture Partners; she also served at North Bridge portfolio companies Pragmatech Software and Authentica (later acquired by EMC Corporation), as director of finance and corporate controller, coordinating worldwide finance and reporting. In the 1990s, Wolf was senior accountant at Raptor Systems (later acquired by Symantec Corporation) and external financial reporting manager for XTRA Corporation. She began her career as a certified public accountant for Arthur Andersen. Wolf holds a BS in Accountancy and an MBA from Bentley College. |
