Appointed 1st May, 2007 Lynn Tetrault is Executive Vice President Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. Prior to her present role she was Vice President Corporate Affairs from 1st July 2006.
Lynn moved to London in 2004 to serve as Vice President of Human Resources for Global Drug Development. Previously, Lynn was Vice President of Human Resources for the US subsidiary of AstraZeneca PLC from the time of the merger in April 1999 to May 2004. Before the merger, Lynn was Vice President of Human Resources for Astra Pharmaceuticals, L.P. which was created in June 1998.
Lynn joined Astra USA in 1993 as Associate General Counsel in the company’s legal department. She was appointed Vice President Human Resources in May 1996, and held that position until June 1998.
Prior to Lynn’s employment at Astra USA, she was in private law practice, from 1988 to 1992, and specialized in general corporate and health care law.
Lynn received her bachelor’s Degree from Princeton University in 1984 and her law degree from the University of Virginia Law School in June 1988.
