Lynn Sveinbjornson serves as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Toronto office. Lynn brings with her a career entrenched in executive search and a focus on career building and relationship management. She is a seasoned search professional and certified Executive Coach. Lynn has spent the past four years as a Relationship Manager at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. She was responsible for strategic and tactical recruitment initiatives for business undergrad and MBA students. In her role, she partnered with key corporate stakeholders to define, develop or enhance recruiting strategies and students in defining and refining career goals and strategies. Prior to Ivey, Lynn spent eighteen years in executive search with a boutique firm in Canada with a broad range of clients in industries including financial services, manufacturing, consumer products and various public and private organizations. She has been involved in searches both nationally and internationally. Lynn’s current nonprofit involvement includes member of the regional advisory community board and national board member of the Canadian Hearing Society. Lynn received a Bachelor of Business Management from Ryerson University.
