Lynn is the Interim Vice President for Human Resources at Pocono Health System. In this role, she oversees Organizational Development and Human Resources functions for the organization. She has spent more than 20 years at PMC, in roles including: Registered Nurse, Director of Critical Care and Education, Director of Human Resources Development, and most recently the Director for Human Resources/Organizational Development.
Lynn has a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Bloomsburg University; a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania; and post-graduate certificates in Nursing Administration from Villanova University and Human Resources Management from the University of Scranton. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a doctoral candidate at Rutgers University. |
