Lynn Claydon joined Crawford & Company in February 2006 as acting International HR Director. She has previously worked in the document management industry for over 20 years and commenced her career in HR eighteen years ago, the final six years as HR Director and a member of the board of management. Her experience includes TUPE transfers, restructuring, benefit and payroll management and the introduction of a training and development programme.
Since 2003 Lynn has been working as an Interim/Contract HR Consultant and her contracts have included Virgin Mobile, the Department of Constitutional Affairs and Reed Health Group. |
