Ms. Clapp has over twenty-five years of experience in market research and product development. She is responsible for providing PWCampbell clients with the marketing research and demographic studies needed to make intelligent decisions about branch expansion opportunities and site selection. The analysis and summaries provided by Ms. Clapp involves issues such as product usage, risk assessment, due diligence review of current facilities, branch profitability and deposit potential. She also provides qualitative and quantitative evaluations of the competitive environment, which often includes interviews with local development authorities. Ms. Clapp also develops surveys, telephone interviews and questionnaires for PWCampbell clients, including those directed at ascertaining awareness, branding, facility expansion and service levels. With significant experience in banking and bank operations, Ms. Clapp spent the majority of her career at Dollar Bank and Landmark Savings Association in Pittsburgh, where she held a variety of positions in training, market research, planning and development. She also held consulting positions with Solutions 21 and St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, both in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
