Mr. Davis began his career with TXI in 1971 and held various management positions until December 1996 when he was promoted to Vice President-Cement Production. J. Lynn was a member of the acquisition team for Riverside Cement and in 1998 he assumed responsibility for all cement manufacturing in Texas and California. He was a part of the Midlothian Cement expansion project team and in August 2002 was promoted to Vice President-Cement. In this position Mr. Davis is responsible for all cement sales and manufacturing facilities primarily in Texas and California.
TXI is a member of the Portland Cement Association and J. Lynn serves on the Manufacturing Technical Committee. Mr. Davis received an Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering Technology at the University of Texas at Arlington. |
