Lynn Blecha has responsibility for the IT Strategy and Management Consulting, Dynamics CRM, and CIO Expert Services practices in Statera's Southwest Region. IT Strategy and Management Consulting includes, among others, Strategic Planning, Sourcing/Outsourcing Strategies, IT Effectiveness and Transformation, Executive Dashboards, IT Governance, and IT Alliance Management. He has over twenty years experience in the Technology Management Consulting and Business Integration industry. Lynn was at Accenture for thirteen years performing Business Integration and Business Development work, most recently as a deal shaper in the New Business Models group. He was on the Launch team for Avanade, a Seattle-based joint venture consultancy between Microsoft and Accenture, and was later the Executive Director for both Americas Operations and Partner Alliances. He has served as Vice President of Outsourcing for Mercer HR's West Region, and has run his own IT Strategy Consulting business. Lynn received degrees in Computer Science: Information Systems Management and Business Administration from Regis College in Denver, Colorado.
