Ms. Weinig practices extensively in the field of real estate law with a diverse clientele of individuals and closely-held businesses, including representation of real estate associations (including condominiums and cooperatives), developers, buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Ms. Weinig also advises clients concerning the ongoing legal issues affecting their businesses, including corporate law issues and transactional matters.
Ms. Weinig also concentrates her practice on municipal law, where she advises the firm’s clients and their various municipal boards on a myriad of municipal law issues involving land use, constitutional issues, inter-municipal agreements and disputes, local laws and codifications of municipal codes. Ms. Weinig sits as Zoning Board of Appeals Counsel to the Town of New Castle, Westchester County, New York.
