Lynn B. Fuller joined Dubuque Bank and Trust after graduation from the University of Dubuque in 1971. In 1990 Fuller was appointed President of Heartland Financial USA, Inc., in 1999 he was appointed President and CEO of Heartland and in 2000 appointed Chairman, President and CEO. In 1986 Fuller was named the bank’s Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer and became the bank’s President and CEO in 1987, the position he held until January 2000. At that time he was named a Vice Chairman of the Board of Dubuque Bank and Trust. He was elected to the Board of Directors of Dubuque Bank and Trust in 1984. In 1974 Lynn was appointed Consumer Loan Officer and two years later, took a leave of absence from the bank to enter an officer-training program at First National Bank of St Paul. Fuller received a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Iowa in 1980. |
