Lynn A. Collins concentrates her practice in the area of employment law and commercial litigation. She has successfully represented corporate clients in a range of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, employee benefits and breach of contract claims. She formerly served as in-house corporate counsel responsible for employment matters at a local Fortune 500 corporation and has provided extensive counseling to employers on a wide range of subjects, including policy drafting/review, executive compensation, employment agreements, ethics compliance, investigations and training. She also has broad experience in commercial litigation, including contract, general business torts, trade secret and related intellectual property claims.
