Lynette McKee oversees strategic growth for Dunkin' Donuts in the United States. Most recently, she was Vice President of Franchising for Earl of Sandwich, a newly formed startup fast casual sandwich concept created by a co-founder of Hard Rock Cafe. Her role included the implementation of all franchise sales systems and the development of new franchise groups. McKee brings a strong background in franchising with such well-known brands as Burger King, Bennigan's, Steak and Ale, Ponderosa, Bonanza and Denny's. McKee is the recent recipient of the Crystal Compass given by the Women's Committee of the IFA. The honor is given to an outstanding female each year who exemplifies leadership within the franchise industry. Currently, McKee serves on the Minorities in Franchising Committee, the ICFE Board of Governors and the Women's Franchise Committee with the International Franchise Association. Most recently, Lynette has joined the Women's Franchise and Distribution Forum as a board member. She received the designation of Certified Franchise Executive, and has completed the St. Thomas University Mini-MBA program for Franchise Executives. In addition, McKee is a member of the International Institute for Franchise Education Strategic-Advisory Board at Nova Southeastern University and serves as an instructor in the Fast Track MBA program. McKee graduated with a B.S. in Education from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. |
