Lyne Richardson is the managing partner of the Los Angeles office. She focuses her practice on employment law, litigation and client counseling. She is a frequent lecturer on labor and employment issues and has published a variety of articles on various employment related topics. Lyne also oversees the employment litigation of the Los Angeles office and has litigated all forms of employment law cases in both state and federal courts in California and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the DLSE and the EEOC.
Lyne is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and is AV® Peer-Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
She was featured in the November 12, 2006 and November 18, 2007 editions of the Los Angeles Times Magazine where she recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in Los Angeles. She was also chosen as a "Super Lawyer" in 2007 and 2008 by Southern California Super Lawyer Magazine and by Los Angeles Magazine. Additionally, Lyne is a member of the Editorial Board for the California Employment Law Newsletter and is a frequent contributor to the publication.
During law school, Lyne was Managing Editor of the Entertainment Law Review, and received scholastic achievement awards, including the American Jurisprudence Award in contracts. At the University of Southern California, Lyne received honors and was recognized as one of the outstanding writers of her graduating class.
Prior to attending law school, Lyne worked as a White House intern and was a member of the White House speech-writing staff for President Reagan. She also worked for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management where she advised the federal government on employment-related issues.
