Lynda recruited at the senior management level including CEO, CFO, CMO, SVP, VP in the public and private sector. The generalist practice encompassed sales and marketing, manufacturing and distribution, retail, financial services and non-profit. Prior to joining VJESI, Lynda worked as a consultant for an international Human Resource Planning firm specializing in organizational management, succession planning, employment practices and policies.

Career experience also includes inside sales, marketing and communications, project management and database management roles with General Electric, Citicorp, International Marine, MIT and a Fairfield County-based Venture Capital firm.
