Lynda Davey is Chief Executive Officer of Avalon Group, Ltd. a private investment banking firm founded in 1992. She also serves as Chairperson of Avalon Securities, Inc. and CEO of NY Venture Space, a provider of interim office space.
From 1988 through 1991, Ms. Davey held the position of Managing Director and head of investment banking at Tribeca Corporation, a New York-based buyout firm.
Prior to 1988, Ms. Davey was Vice President in the corporate finance department of Salomon Brothers Inc.
Ms. Davey serves on the Advisory Council of Wells Fargo Bank’s Retail Finance Group and the Center for Women’s Business Research. She is a Director of Pioneer Commercial Funding Corp. and Tuffy Associates Corp.
Lynda Davey also serves on the Advisory Council of the Center for Women's Business Research and Retail Finance Group of Wells Fargo Bank. She became a member of the Supervisory Board of ICTS International N.V. in 2002.
Ms. Davey graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Architecture and the University of Michigan with a Masters in Architecture. She has also earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. |
