Lynda concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation with emphases on products liability, intellectual property, contract and workers' compensation. She also created and serves as the head of Miller & Martin's equine law practice group. Lynda has extensive courtroom experience having tried, mediated and arbitrated cases to successful resolution before state and federal courts. Lynda serves on Miller & Martin's hiring committee as well as its Academy committee, which oversees Miller & Martin's in-house continuing legal education program. Lynda regularly conducts seminars and lectures to equine organizations regarding the unique legal issues facing this industry. For the past two years she has served as a guest lecturer for Middle Tennessee State University's undergraduate Horse Program. Lynda is married and has one son.
