Lyle C. Lodwick has served as Executive Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Imperial Capital Bancorp, Inc. and the Bank since August 2005. Prior to joining Imperial Capital Bancorp, Inc., Mr. Lodwick served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sunwest Bank and, prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Pacific Crest Capital, Inc. During his tenure at Pacific Crest Capital, Inc. from 1992 to 2004, he held several senior level positions with the company. From 1982 to 1985, he was Assistant Regional Credit Manager, Western Region, with Commercial Credit Corporation. Mr. Lodwick has a BA from Whittier College and an MBA from the University of LaVerne. |
