Lydia began her career in California in 1987 as office manger for Liquor Barns, a retail store chain based in San Diego, CA. She was hired as a Regional Coordinator for the Southern California Region and later promoted to Office Manager at their corporate headquarters. She continued her retail experience with Sweet Factory assisting in their growth from a small thirty shore chain growing to 100 plus locations. In 1999, Lydia began a career at Mail Boxes Etc. corporate headquarters where she continued until March 2007 in the executive offices along side the President.
