Luo Jiancheng, aged 34, joined the Company in January 2006 and is the General Manager Assistant. Mr. Luo graduated from Changsha Railway Institute (???? ??), majoring in transportation management. From 1996 he had served in various managerial positions in the planning and transportation departments of Yangcheng Railway Company, Guangzhou Railway (Group) Company and Sanmao Railway Company Ltd. From 2002 to September 2003, Mr. Luo was chief of the research supervisory section of Guangzhou Railway (Group) Company. From September 2003 to August 2004, he was stationmaster of Shiweitang Station.
