Luke Richesson is in his 8th year at Athletes' Performance. His primary focus is program design and implementation for athletes preparing for the NFL Combine and also readies veteran NFL players for the rigors of the season. From 2001 -2007, Luke and the integrated API performance team have helped the performances of over 170 draftees, including 90 first day picks, and 34 first round selections. Luke earned his degree in Exercise Science while playing football at the University of Kansas. Luke was a four-year letterman and a member of two Aloha Bowl Championship Teams. After beginning his coaching career at the University of Kansas, Luke pursued graduate work and coached at the University of Wyoming and Arizona State University. Known as a player's coach, Luke is a phenomenal motivator. With his knowledge and passion for strength development and methodology, Luke continues to evolve and challenge the traditional training strategies to develop the most optimal programs for our athletes. |
