Mr. Corbett has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Kerr-McGee Corporation since May 1999, and also from February 1997 to February 1999. Between February 1999 and May 1999, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Kerr-McGee, and from 1995 to 1997, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Kerr-McGee. Kerr-McGee is an Oklahoma City based energy company with worldwide operations. Mr. Corbett has served as a director of Kerr-McGee since 1995 and is also a director of OGE Energy Corp. and BOK Financial Corporation. |
