Mr. O’Neill brings with him extensive academic experience, serving most recently as Chief Executive Offer, Founder and Board Member for the Shackleton Schools (Shackleton) in Boston. He founded Shackleton to create a residential high school to inspire young people who experienced little success in traditional academic settings. Some of Mr. O’Neill’s accomplishments at Shackleton include recruiting a high-profile Board of Directors and talented staff and faculty, raising $16 million, and securing a 70-acre facility. Prior to Shackleton, Mr. O’Neill served as a Special Project Consultant for the Harvard Business School, Director of Development at the North Carolina Outward Bound School, and as a corporate attorney.Mr. O’Neill holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, and a BA from Georgetown University. |
