Luke Nelson is an associate at Carrington Coleman. Mr. Nelson's experience includes matters involving issues of director & officer fiduciary duty, stock options backdating, contractual interpretation, enforceability of noncompetition/ nonsolicitation agreements, governmental immunity, bankruptcy law, trademark infringement, unfair competition, and intellectual property. Mr. Nelson also has experience with litigation proceeding in multiple forums simultaneously and proceeding during the pendency of SEC and Department of Justice investigations.
