Luke A. Pomilio joined the Company as Controller in September 1995. In addition, in September 1999, Mr. Pomilio became a Vice President with responsibility for certain of the Company's manufacturing activities. Prior to his employment with the Company, Mr. Pomilio served for two years as Controller of Rome Cable Corporation and was also employed as a certified public accountant for seven years with Price Waterhouse LLP where he served most recently as an audit manager. Mr. Pomilio graduated with a B.S. degree in Accounting and Law from Clarkson University. |
