Luiz Fernando Rolla - earned a degree in electrical engineering in 1974 from Minas Gerais Federal University (UFMG). He began his career in the same year with Cemig and has held the following posts: Superintendent of Financial Programming and Control responsible for coordination of long-term planning budget control cost analysis and project finance. Most recently he held the important post of Superintendent of Investor Relations where he was responsible for putting in place the Level I and Level II ADR programs on the New York Stock Exchange and the Level I Corporate Governance listing on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (Bovespa). He has been elected Best Investor Relations Professional by the Analysts Association in several years by the Capital Markets Investment Professionals’ Association (Apimec) and also by IR Magazine (2006). |
