Heather Haynes ventured into the automotive industry in 1994 as a Leasing Manager, after graduating from Howard University in Washington DC. Heather’s first position was with Ray Wilkinson Buick Cadillac in Racine, Wisconsin, where she went on to hold numerous other positions including New Car Sales Manager, Used Car Sales Manager, F&I Manager, Service Advisor, and General Sales Manager. Additionally, Heather graduated at the top of her class from the NADA Dealer Academy. Coming to JM&A Group as a Specialist in 2000, Heather soon transferred to the PDC where she took a position as a Corporate Trainer. Now a Training Supervisor who’s AFIP certified, Heather is responsible for Front End Sales, F&I instruction, and Associate Development. |
