Mr. Vidal is Of Counsel to Sherin and Lodgen LLP and practices in the firm's Real Estate Department where he assists a variety of clients including private developers, retailers and quasi-public organizations, as well as a major regional petroleum and energy marketing company, in connection with its real estate and petroleum distribution matters. He conducts a diverse real estate practice, with particular focus on leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions of commercial properties.
Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen LLP, Mr. Vidal served as senior real estate counsel for a number of years to the Massachusetts Port Authority and to The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company LLC.
Mr. Vidal received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. He is fluent in Spanish and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.
His community involvement includes service on the Executive Board of Directors of Jewish Vocational Service, Board of Directors of the American Jewish Committee and Board of Overseers of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. |
