Ludo Reynders, Ph.D. joined the Company in 2004 as the Chief Executive Officer and President. A former director and officer of Quintiles Transnational Corp., Dr. Reynders began his career with Bristol Myers, where he held various positions in clinical development. He joined Quintiles in 1988, and as Managing Director of Quintiles-Europe, was largely responsible for the growth of its European operations. During rapid international growth, Dr. Reynders was CEO of Quintiles Product Development Services as well as CEO of Clinical Development Services. In addition, Dr. Reynders was managing director of the PharmaBio group of Quintiles Transnational Corporation from 2002 to 2003. |
