Lucy Watson-Baker co-founded and leads MSI's Life Sciences Practice Group, established in 2001.



The Life Sciences Practice Group has a purposely diverse client base including global corporations Shire and biotech EMD Serono, as well as early stage, VC-backed Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Tobira Therapeutics and Chimerix.



Women's health medical device corporation Cytyc and veterinary diagnostics leader IDEXX Laboratories are further examples of high performing companies that rely on MSI as their search partner of choice.

Prior to 2001, Lucy ran a generalist practice for MSI representing Perrier Group of America, EMC, Playtex Products and Polaroid. She also represented non-profit organizations such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the American Mathematical Society.



Before moving stateside in 1997, Lucy led client development activities for Dow Jones Telerate in London, a global provider of real-time financial information and transaction services.



With an unrelenting British accent, she is also an accomplished professional Voiceover Talent, and enjoys a weekend radio spot volunteering at InSight Radio for the Blind.



She is an active member of the Healthcare Business Women's Association (HBA) and Mentor for the Boston Chapter group mentoring program.
