As Director of Human Resources, Lucy Chung has driven Allurent’s organizational development since inception in 2004. She brings to the role more than 20 years of human resources experience at companies in various industries and stages of development. Prior to joining Allurent, Lucy served as Director of Human Resources, EMEA at ATG from 2000 to 2002. She also worked for Goldman Sachs, based out of London, covering EMEA, for over five years focusing initially on compensation strategies and then on graduate and undergraduate recruitment programs for the region. In addition, for nearly 10 years, Lucy served in various human resource capacities at Arthur Andersen, PictureTel and as an independent recruitment and HR consultant. Lucy holds a BA from Birmingham University and a graduate diploma in Management. |
