Lucius Outlaw litigates complex commercial matters and white collar matters. Recent engagements include representing individuals and entities in contract disputes, accounting and securities fraud prosecutions, insurance coverage disputes, shareholder class actions, administrative actions, Fair Housing Act and ADA matters, False Claims Act matters, political corruption investigations, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act prosecutions and investigations. He has also conducted a number of internal investigations on behalf of the board of directors of public companies.
