Lucius Burch currently serves as chairman and CEO of Burch Investment Group a private venture capital firm located in Nashville Tennessee formerly known as Massey Burch Investment Group Inc. a position he has held since October 1989. Burch served as a member of the board of directors of CCA from May 1998 through the completion of the 1999 merger with Prison Realty and as chairman of the board of directors of the Operating Company from January 1999 through the completion of the restructuring. Burch's 30-year career in finance includes experience in venture capital public market investment management consulting corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Burch has served on a number of public and private boards of directors including seven New York Stock Exchange companies. |
