Lucio de Luca is the CEO of Neusearch / Signium International.

Prior to entering Executive Search, Mr. de Luca was Chief Operating Officer of Spigadoro Inc., a NASDAQ traded company, CEO and Managing Director of Petrini Spa and a Member of the Board of Directors at Gazzola Spa. From 1994-1997, Mr. de Luca held several positions within Averna Group Spa, including Managing Director of Fratelli Averna Spa and Villa Frattini Spa, in 1995 as Central Managing Director for Pernigotti and was appointed Fratelli Averna Advisor of the Chairman of Casoni Spa in May 1996. From 1990-1993, he was with Pepsicola Food International as Chairman (Italy) and Managing Director-CEO (Italy). Additionally, Mr. de Luca was a Divisional Director (Confectionery) with Mars Italia Spa (Dolma) and held marketing and sales positions with Henkel Italiana between 1978 - 1987. He began his career as a Sales Director with Compagnia Commerciale Meriondale.

Mr. de Luca has a degree in Economics from the University of Naples and is married with 4 children.
