Responsible for Ellie Mae's desktop and online document services, Lucille has an extensive background in the mortgage, financial services, and retail industries. Before joining Ellie Mae, she funded wholesale loans at Imperial Credit Industries, in San Jose, verifying and analyzing final documents for conventional and government loans, with an emphasis on underwriting and program-guideline compliance. Prior to that, she funded and closed retail loans at Orange Coast Mortgage, Inc., in Irvine, California, where she oversaw the preparation and drawing of final residential loan documents, then proofed and packaged loan documents for submission to wholesale lenders. Before that, Lucille held a number of retail management positions, including operations manager for AfterMart, Inc., in Irvine, store manager for the Red Balloon clothing store in Newport Beach, and divisional manager and buyer at I.
