As Senior Vice President, Development and Operations, Luc is responsible for building strong project management, implementation and support teams that work closely with the development groups to deliver quality products and services to our healthcare and public sector customers. Luc joined MediSolution in September, 2004 with over 20 years of experience in the information technology, speech recognition, and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining MediSolution, Luc held various high level management positions such as Director Speech Attendant R&D for ScanSoft , Vice-President R&D for LocusDialog and Vice-President Speech Solutions Engineering at InfoSpace. Mr Gagnon has published many articles and has given many conference talks throughout his career in the high technology industry. Mr. Gagnon holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Université Laval. Luc is also a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). |
