Luc Attlan joined the firm in 2006 and is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Luc’s practice focuses on a variety of corporate matters, including securities, mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate governance and general corporate matters for public and private companies. Luc also represents clients in connection with securities compliance matters and represents institutional investors in connection with the purchases of privately placed debt securities.
Luc’s practice also includes government procurement, government relations, and government contract work. Luc represents a number of clients in connection with government procurement regulations, laws and policies, as well as with their certification as disadvantaged, minority and women business enterprises (D/M/WBEs). Luc was also involved in the preparation of a government report that included thorough analysis and evaluation of numerous D/M/WBE programs across the United States.
Prior to joining the firm, Luc was an equity options trader with Third Millennium Trading at the Chicago Board Options Exchange.
In General. Luc received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2006 and his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois in 2000. Luc was born and raised in France, and he speaks French and Spanish fluently. |
