Advising a major accountancy practice on its appointment as administrative receivers over various companies in the Christie-Tyler group; advising and effecting the disposal of various assets and companies in the group
Advising various receivables financiers and asset based lenders on their dealings with distressed corporate customers, reviewing the security matrix in place and advising on enforcement and formal insolvency procedures
Advising a major asset based lender as mandated lead arranger on the £55m syndicated refinancing of an international food manufacturer and distributor
