Lowry Mays has served as a member of our Board of Directors since April 1997 and has been our Chairman of the Board since October 2005. Mr. Mays is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Clear Channel Communications, and prior to October 2004 he was the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mays has been a member of Clear Channel Communications’ Board of Directors since its inception and has served on the Board of Directors of Live Nation, Inc. since August 2005. Mr. Mays is the father of Mark P. Mays and Randall T. Mays, both of whom are members of our Board of Directors and executive officers of us. |
