As founding chair of Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Construction Law practice group, Lowell Noteboom has more than 35 years of experience representing clients in the construction industry. His clients include national, regional and local general contractors, architects, engineers, construction managers, developers and owners with operations across the United States and in Canada. He provides strategic counsel to CEOs and boards of directors and has broad experience litigating and arbitrating substantial construction and commercial disputes. He has also been named among the Top 40 Alternative Dispute Resolution attorneys and recognized as a Super Lawyer®, as noted in Minnesota Law & Politics.
Lowell also writes and speaks extensively on construction law issues and currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota. For the past two decades his community-based activities have focused in the areas of music education and orchestras. He writes and lectures extensively throughout the United States on the subject of nonprofit governance and strategic planning.
Lowell served as the fifth President and CEO of Leonard, Street and Deinard for 12 years, a position he held from 1994 to 2006.
