Lowell A. Hare, a Director of the Company since December 2002, is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Journal Enterprises, Inc. of Albuquerque, New Mexico, a publishing and real estate development company. Mr. Hare is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of Financial Executives International. He is a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee. Mr. Hare previously was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Energy Management Company and a Senior Tax Manager with Arthur Andersen, LLP in their Denver and Salt Lake City offices. Mr. Hare is active on a number of community boards and commissions. |
