As Senior Vice President Sales for MediSolution, Louise Cardinal is responsible for ensuring that the company’s North American revenue goals are maximized and annual and quarterly sales objectives are achieved. Louise is responsible for the implementation region-specific sales plans based upon external market analysis and effective account and territory planning. In addition, as member of the Senior Management Committee, Ms. Cardinal actively participates in strategic planning and oversees the negotiation of all sales agreements. Louise joined the MediSolution's Operations team in August, 1989 and in 1997 became the Vice President of Sales. This unique experience, coupled with her prior roles as Professor of Nursing Science at Cégep Bois-de-Boulogne and Head Nurse at Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur, has provided Louise with a comprehensive knowledge of the diverse functional areas within the health care sector. Ms. Cardinal has completed many courses in Sales, Management and Information Technology. She holds a Baccalaureate in Nursing Science from the University of Montreal. |
