Lou Perich is Vice President, Systems Development at OuterLink. Lou has spent his 26 year career focused on product development and production transition in DoD and civilian U.S. Government sectors.
Prior to joining Outerlink, Lou served as Vice President of Engineering at American Science & Engineering (AS&E), a leading provider of x-ray security systems to U.S. and foreign governments. He is the co-inventor and patent holder of AS&E’s flagship product, the Z-Backscatter Van. Prior to joining AS&E, he held engineering management, program management and project engineering positions at Lockheed Martin, Loral, and Honeywell, where he was instrumental in developing state-of the-art thermal imaging and electronic warfare systems.
Lou holds a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Minor in Industrial Psychology, and an MBA from Northeastern University’s High Technology Program |
